At Vaidraj Ayurvedic, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, under certain conditions, we offer refunds in accordance with the policy below.

A refund request will be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Product is incorrect or damaged upon delivery
• Product is not delivered within the estimated timeline
• Partial delivery or missing items in the parcel
• Consultation not availed despite successful payment (if informed before the scheduled time)

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Doctor consultation is already completed
• Products are opened, tampered with, or used
• Refund request made after 48 hours of delivery
• Emergency consultations or services are consumed immediately
• Products bought under promotional discounts or free demo offers

• Complaint must be registered via email or WhatsApp with photos/videos as evidence
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days
• In case of partial refunds, the exact amount will be decided after case review
• The refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days
